Shipping & Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days for the US and UK, and 10–18 days for other international destinations. We ship from trusted fulfillment centers selected for the fastest route to your region. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes! We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping is free on all orders over $29. For orders under $29, a flat $3.99 shipping fee applies. We'll always show your estimated delivery window at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. If you don't see it within 5 days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at support@petopiadreams.com — we'll find it for you.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If your pet doesn't love it — or if it doesn't fit — just reach out and we'll make it right. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll cover return shipping if the issue is on our end (wrong item, damage).

Please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required. We take full responsibility for any shipping damage or fulfillment errors.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they're usually already in processing. Email us at support@petopiadreams.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best.

Products & Quality

We source from carefully vetted suppliers around the world and ship directly to your door — which is how we keep prices fair without a retail markup. Every product in our store is personally reviewed by our team before listing, and we only carry items we'd use with our own pets.

Yes. We only carry products made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. Cat water fountains use BPA-free food-grade plastics or ceramic. Cooling vests use materials tested for skin contact. If you ever have a concern about a specific product's materials, email us and we'll share the spec sheet.

We're an online-only shop — by design. Operating without physical retail overhead means we can invest more in product selection and keep prices lower for you. Our "store" is the care we put into every order and the speed with which we answer your emails.

Payments & Security

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments — your card details are never stored on our servers.
