We offer free worldwide shipping on every order - no minimum and no hidden handling fee.
Petopia Dreams is built around thoughtful little finds: the kind of pet things that feel useful, charming, or surprisingly perfect for a very specific moment. Some items ship from partner warehouses instead of a local big-box shelf, so delivery can take a little longer than buying something ordinary nearby. We would rather be clear about that than pretend everything arrives overnight.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: usually 7-14 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom, EU, Canada, Australia: usually 8-18 business days after dispatch
- Other regions: usually 10-25 business days, depending on local carriers and customs
Remote areas, customs checks, weather, and local carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery. If your tracking looks stuck, email us and we will help check it.
Why Delivery Can Vary
We curate products through a flexible warehouse network so we can offer more unusual pet finds, seasonal pieces, and small problem-solvers that are not always sitting in a nearby warehouse. The tradeoff is that some orders travel farther. The benefit is a wider, more playful catalog for pets and the people who love them.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking link as soon as the carrier updates the shipment.
