Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days. Track at 17track.net or your carrier's website.
Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment has its own tracking number.
Customs & Import Duties
Most orders arrive without extra fees. For international shipments, import duties may apply — these are the recipient's responsibility. We ship with proper documentation to minimize delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 30 days of expected delivery at support@petopiadreams.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
