Shipping Information
Petopia Dreams offers tracked delivery to the destinations and products that are available in your selected country or region. Product availability and any shipping charge are shown by the storefront and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Because our catalog uses a network of partner warehouses, not every item can ship to every destination. If a product is unavailable after you select your region, it cannot currently be ordered there.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: usually 7–14 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom, EU, Canada, Australia: usually 8–18 business days after dispatch when the product is available
- Other supported regions: usually 10–25 business days, depending on local carriers and customs
Remote areas, customs checks, weather and local carrier delays can extend delivery. The estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Tracking
Shippable orders include tracking when dispatched. If tracking stops updating or your delivery is seriously delayed, email us and we will review the carrier record.
