Frequently Asked Questions
What size dogs is the DryStep Potty Tray designed for?
The DryStep is ideal for small dogs up to approximately 15-20 lbs; the raised grate and compact footprint work best for toy and small breed sizes. If your dog is larger, consider measuring their paw span against the tray dimensions before ordering.
How often do I need to empty and clean the urine storage tank?
With the 5cm-deep tank, most small dog owners empty it daily or every 2-3 days depending on usage; simply snap apart the tray, rinse the tank and grate with water, and reassemble in seconds.
Does the tray work with standard pee pads, and do I need to replace them?
Yes, the tray is compatible with standard absorbent pads placed under the raised grate; pads last longer since the grate prevents tearing and shredding, though you'll still replace them periodically depending on your dog's usage.
Does Petopia Dreams offer free shipping, and is there a discount code?
Yes, Petopia Dreams ships worldwide with free shipping on all orders. Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.
